Crowborough Runners' results in the 2003 Sussex Grand Prix Competition

Crowborough Runners came fourth in last year's Sussex Grand Prix Road Race series, out of 20 clubs, despite a number of absences due to injury.

Our  Mens Vets Team was placed third.
John Lowden [2nd],  Kevin Battell [21st] , Roger Stone [34th],  Paul Marten [45th], and Neil Thomas [46th].

Our Ladies Vets team was also placed third.
Gillian Stevenson [5th],  Mary Nightingale [19th],  and Tanya Edmondson [32nd].

Individual prize winners were John Lowden, Ist vet overall and 1st vet (45), Gill Stevenson, 1st lady vet overall, and 1st lady V35 vet, Paul Marten, 1st vet (60), Bob Garrard, 2nd vet (60), Len Cumbers, 1st vet V(70) with Kevin Battell and Roger Stone winning vet 15th and 19th places respectively.
